Ability Fest
APRIL 4, 2020
Launched by three-time Paralympic gold medalist and 10-time grand slam champion Dylan Alcott, Ability Fest is held at the Coburg Velodrome, known better as Melbourne’s favourite concrete doughnut.
The venue will be fully accessible for, and inclusive of, all patrons, with the inclusion of elevated platforms, pathways, quiet zones, companion ticketing, AUSLAN translators, and ramps to ensure an unforgettable experience for all guests.
Ability Fest was born by Alcott due to his love of music and his desire to use his foundation to change the lives of young Australians living with a disability.
Since launching in 2017, Ability Fest has done just that, raising in excess of $500,000 for The Dylan Alcott Foundation, with 100% of proceeds going towards helping the 4.3 million young Australians currently living with a physical, intellectual or sensory disability.
